Mac/PC Technical Problems     

Problems running a game? Often a reboot of your computer, or re-downloading, un-installing and re-installing can fix problems running different games, so we recommend doing this first if you are having such problems.

You can always download the newest version of our games from the Download page, so we always recommend installing the newest version to make sure you are not using an older out of date version.

iPhone/iPad Technical Problems     

If you have problems starting one of our games, usually turning off then re-starting your iPhone/iPad will fix this, as it's probably due to your device being out of memory.

If it still doesn't work, we recommend deleting the game, then re-downloading it again from the App Store. Make sure to use the same iTunes login you used when purchasing the game originally so you don't have to re-purchase the game.

Order Questions

Q: I have lost my order and/or registration information. What do I do?

A: Don't worry, just use the above registration retrieval system, or if that doesn't find your purchase, just contact us and provide us with your name, email address and other information about the order, and we will re-send you the order/registration information.

If you've purchased it from the Apple Mac App Store, then you should just need to re-download it from the App Store.


Q: What happens after I make a purchase?

A: Right after you've made the purchase, you should receive two emails. One is a receipt of your order, the second contains your registration code and details on how to download your game!

If you've purchased it from the Apple Mac App Store, then you don't need any registration code as it is already registered.


Q: Can I download my game immediately after purchasing?

A: Yes! In most cases, you only need to download the trial version and enter the registration code you received after ordering to unlock it into the full version.
